Specification & Requirements  for the training  

  • Provide the full Course content for this training.

After completing this training the Attendee  should know:

  • Exposure  to practical techniques and solutions to overcome daily managerial obstacles and challenges.
  • Reduce HR costs and increase management and staff performance through improved engagement.
  • Training Institution should be fully registered as a certified training provider and submit Proof thereof.
  • Training Institution should submit at least two reference letters  not older than two years for previous similar training done for due diligence process.

 

Due diligence

 

A due diligence process will be conducted in respect of all short-listed bidders. This may include an investigation by the CBE of the bidder’s financial position, previous contracts carried out, availability of skills or knowledge, existing work load, etc. Should the bidder fail to meet the requirements of the due diligence process, their quotation will be disregarded at this stage.

 

Should you be interested in submitting a Quotation , kindly complete the attached standard bidding documents (SBDs)  SBD1,4,8 &9 and return with your Quotation.

  • Identify how to spot cost trends and overspending so that these can be focused on and controlled.
  • Conduct your own Break Even Analysis to be able to set your own targets and budgets.
  • Understand the actual effect of discounts and price increases.
  • Use an easy  framework to prepare your budgets, and justify them so that they are quick approved.
  • Understand and avoid the dangers and pitfalls that are commonly made during budget preparation.
  • Implement budgetary control systems such as variance reports and future projections to highlight budget problems as early as possible.
  • Training Institution should be fully registered as a certified training provider and submit Proof thereof.

  • Evaluate their own presentation skills by reviewing the video of their delivered presentation.
  • Apply a rigorous Communication checklist in evaluating presentations using effective visuals.

·         Follow counselling and couching procedure to improve performance.

·         Training institution should be fully registered as a certified training provider/ be a recognized training provider  and submit proof of certified certificates in this regard.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS : RESEARCH METHODOLOGY ( ATLAS.ti) TRAINING FOR TWO CANDIDATES

Dear service providers

 

The Council for the Built Environment (CBE) wishes to invite  quotations for the Research Methodology ( ATLAS.ti) Training for two candidates .

 

The training dates  should be not be later than end of September 2019.

 

Kindly see the Specification and Requirements below:  

  • The service providers to provide us with a full course content for this training.
  • The training should Provide insights into qualitative data analysis with Atlas.ti which is the most intuitive and powerful qualitative data analysis software on the market.
  • The training workshop should focus or quip on start qualitative data analysis with ATLAS.ti
  • The training should include introduction of the basic interface.
  • Include Preparation of documents for analysis.
  • Include setting up a project
  • Include Coding and data exploration in ATLAS.ti
  • Enable the attendees to utilize ATLAS.ti’s advanced options for qualitative data analysis, such as working with links and networks, querying data, using memos and creating reports .
  • Training institution should be fully registered as a certified training provider and submit proof of certified certificates in this regard.
  • Training Institution should submit at least two reference letters  not older than two years for previous similar training done for due diligence process.
  • After successfully completing this training, the employees should have knowledge of all the above as per the specification.

Due diligence

 

A due diligence process will be conducted in respect of all short-listed bidders. This may include an investigation by the CBE of the bidder’s financial position, previous contracts carried out, availability of skills or knowledge, existing work load, etc. Should the bidder fail to meet the requirements of the due diligence process, their quotation will be disregarded at this stage.

This RFQ  has been re-issued  due to a poor response the new request  has been issued  with amendments on  the requirements. ( There will  no longer be a briefing session for this request)

 

Kindly note the amended details below under background and specification.

 

The Council for the Built Environment (CBE) wishes to invite  Quotations  from Prospective service providers to provide the shredding service for a period of  12 months .

Background:

Companies are legally obliged to destroy any documents that contain sensitive and personal information about customers and employees that are no longer pertinent to your business. Shredding is a safe and secure way  of ensuring that information of this type is destroyed.  The shredding of documents can also be a boost in CBE’S Green credentials.

Specification and service required

  • CBE requires a service provider to supply recycle boxes on site and collect once every two months to shred the papers offsite.
  • Secure, locked consoles ( 2x51.44cm x 49.85cm deep)in our office.
  • Recurring scheduled by uniformed, security-trained personnel, once every two months.
  • Certificate of destruction after each service and certificate to confirm compliance of recycling.
  • The Successful  service provider will enter into a 12 month contract with CBE.
