As a key stakeholder in the built environment space, CBE finds it appropriate to voice its concern on Manglin
Pillay’s article Out on a Rib published on 26 July 2018. Addressing its mandate of transformation, the CBE is
currently on a very active drive to mobilise transformation in the built environment professions – which is to
proportion the race and gender balance in the above-named professions in accordance with the demographics
of South Africa.
