CBE hosts Western Cape Built Environment Stakeholder Engagement Roadshow
The Council for the Built Environment (CBE), in partnership with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI) and the University of Cape Town, will host the Western Cape Built Environment Stakeholder Engagement Roadshow (BESER) as part of a national series aimed at strengthening collaboration and professional excellence in the built environment sector.
The key objective of the Roadshow is to strengthen partnerships across the built environment sector, promote professional excellence and transformation, align professional practices with national development priorities and expand the CBE’s institutional footprint across provinces.
This strategic engagement will convene key stakeholders from across the built environment sector, including professional councils, academia, industry bodies, representatives from provincial and local government and the private sector. The Roadshow will serve as a collaborative platform to bridge the gap between policy and practice, reinforcing the CBE’s mandate to promote an inclusive, professional, and future-ready built environment.
