The Council for the Built Environment (CBE) and WaFunda have partnered to provide young people with free access to financial education through Black Bullion South Africa, a digital financial education platform. This partnership underscores our shared commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for young people in the built environment sector with essential financial literacy skills.

Wafunda, through Black bullion, is focused on designing, delivering, and connecting digital technologies to provide educational opportunities for young people. Through this partnership both entities will leverage their expertise on financial education, to equip young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the built environment industry.

It is anticipated that this program will reach at least 2000 youth, offering free access to a digital financial education platform tailored for young people by the end of 2025. Further, both entities aim to foster a generation of financially educated and empowered individuals ready to make significant contributions to the built environment sector.
