BE Pledges to Support Government Efforts to Assist KZN Communities In Rebuilding Infrastructure
Along with the rest of the country, the Council for the Built Environment (CBE) together with the Councils for the Built Environment Professions, namely South African Council for the Architectural Profession, South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession, Engineering Council of South Africa, South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions, South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and the entire built environment sector which includes South African Council for Planners, South African Geomatics Council, and Environmental Assessment Practitioners of South Africa are all deeply shocked by the destruction caused by the flooding in KwaZulu-Natal.
As the over-arching Council of built environment professions and registered professionals in South Africa, the CBE pledges its support to offer its expertise to help in any way possible in supporting the rebuilding efforts of damaged infrastructure and restoring affected communities to normalcy.
